REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

-You may return/exchange in stock items within 14-days of receipt of delivery. 

-Customers are responsible for costs associated with all returns/exchanges.

-Refunds will be made to the original payment method or you can receive a store credit.

. If you are returning a gift, you can exchange it for another item or you may receive a store credit.

-Most of our items are made to order and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Made to order & Custom Orders are FINAL SALE. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

-A Gifted Story can only accept unused, undamaged merchandise in its original packaging. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to refuse returns that do not meet our refund requirements. 

-All made to order & custom orders are items are final sale and cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

-Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Please submit a request to our email orders@agiftedstory.com for further instructions. We will need specific photos taken of the product, packaging and the box. If you do not report the damage to us within the first  24 hours of delivery, we may not be able to honor the claim. We utilize the time stamp information from the tracking lnk and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. Please keep all original packaging including the bubble and shipping box until an inspection is complete.
