Your personalized item will ship within 2-3 weeks after your order is processed; however, some pieces can be completed within a few days. If you need the product sooner, please email us, and we can make a request to our design team.

Email Us

Once orders are processed, we do not allow modifications or changes. All Personalized orders are final sale with no exceptions. If you receive a personalized item from us that is incorrect, you may contact us at orders@agiftedstory.com with order information and name in the subject line, and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered.
