What is your return policy?  

You may return/exchange in stock items within 14-days of receipt of delivery.  Made to order, Custom Orders, sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. What if I receive a gift and I want to exchange it? 

Do I have to pay shipping fees to return or exchange my order?  

Costs associated with shipping returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive a refund if I return an item?                                                          If your return is eligible for a return/ exchange, the same card that was used to make the purchase will receive a refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method or you can receive a store credit. If you are returning a gift, you can exchange it for another item or you may receive a store credit.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

-Orders that are in stock are shipped from our location via USPS, UPS or FED EX and will arrive within 7 business days of receipt of your order.  

-Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse location by UPS within 10-14 days and will arrive within 2-3 weeks of order being placed.

Can I change my shipping address?                                                          

Although we will make every effort to comply with your request, some of our orders ship immediately, therefore we might not be able to modify the address. Please email us at    or you can send us a message on the contact us feature on our website to ask for a change of shipping address. Please notify us, as soon as, possible, so we can make the necessary changes to your order.  

What if I need to cancel my order?      

Although we will make every effort to comply with your request, some of our orders ship immediately, so we might not be able to cancel the order. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once order is processed and in production. Please  send us a message on our contact us feature on our website or email us at  

How can I track my order?                                                                               

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, shipping information and tracking number. The tracking information is sent to the email address you provided at the time of your transaction. If you have not received it, message us in CONTACT US located on our website or email us at . If any issues or delays arise with your order, we will contact you. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in various boxes.

Do you ship internationally?                                                                                  At this time, we unfortunately, do not provide shipping to other countries or to PO boxes, military post offices, or freight forwarding companies. It is our goal to ship internationally, in the near future.  

 What if my package is damaged?                                                                        -

If you notice any damage to your purchase, please keep all items including  packaging materials until we contact you with further instructions. Please report the damage within 24 hours to our email so we can rectify the matter quickly. Please provide the order confirmation number so we can expedite your request. 

- We advise you to take photos of the damaged item, the packaging material (bubble wrap) & the shipping box. We need the images in order to notify the shipping company and file the necessary damage claims. After the claim is presented to the shipping company, we will arrange to have damaged items and their packaging inspected, returned and replaced.

What if my package is missing or lost?                                                                

In order to be considered lost, a package must be undelivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. A report cannot be made until then. If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper (use your tracking number to follow the transit status of your parcel and expected delivery date at UPS website. Please notify us at within 48 hours and we will contact the carrier to trace your parcel or file for a claim.

How do I care and clean my acrylic items?  

 All our pieces are handmade, special and must be treated with care. Our products can be cleaned with water, mild soap and organic solvents. Avoid alcohol and all abrasive cleaners to prevent damage to the product. To avoid scratching the surface of the acrylic use a soft cotton or microfiber cloth to wipe it. Avoid exposing all acrylic products to direct, strong sunlight (UVA / UVB rays), and extreme temperatures.
